2020 Sprinter 144 RWD

The one that started it all. Designed and built by Kyle and Ed—the founders of How We Adventure. Japanese and Scandinavian inspired design focused on function, not complication, KOGAI is fully off-grid capable—without compromising style, comfort, or industry leading build materials. Powered by a 300Ah Lithium-ion battery bank, 2000W inverter and 300W of solar on the roof. The interior features a galley kitchen with 46” of Paperstone counter space paired with a 2-burner Dometic cooktop. A full-size Vitrifrigo fridge/freezer combo keeps the beer cold and rations stocked for days. Heating and cooling is provided by the Espar diesel heater and aceiling Maxxair fan with dual CRL Slider bunk windows in addition to a full interior insulation package of 3M Thinsulate.

Comforts and custom design details are integrated within the cabin. Multi-zone LED lighting with concealed dimmer controls illuminate the slatted ceiling and spacious garage area. Volumes of storage space is found in overhead storage cabinets, under bench seating, and a tall pantry cabinet. Adventure upgrades include Scheel-Mann Vario-F seats paired with Alpine Mechanisms swivels, a Van Compass Stage 3 suspension upgrade and accessories from Flarespace, Owl Vans and Aluminess. KOGAI is the perfect basecamp to return to after a day spent running the mountains, biking singletrack, or exploring the coastline and deserts.
